NASA is embarking on an exciting program of human exploration of our
solar system. Our Team has proposed to design, build, test, and
certify the first new U.S. space suit since the beginning of the
Space Shuttle program in the early 1980s. The new suit is called the
Constellation Space Suit System, or CSSS, and astronauts will use it
to fly to the international space station and to explore the moon.
Contract award is scheduled for October 2008.
Our Team anticipates career opportunities beginning in October in all
areas of spacesuit development, production, test, and program
management, mostly in the Clear Lake, Houston area near NASA’s
Johnson Space Center. Opportunities may also exist in Florida,
Arizona, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. If interested, please
